Amid reports that the ailing, still-comatose Bobbi Kristina’s prognosis looks increasingly grim, Bobby Brown doesn’t want to leave his daughter’s side.
He did so over the weekend, but reluctantly and only briefly.
Bobby had a previously scheduled gig at the Soul Food Festival in Los Angeles Saturday.
He had to keep the commitment. But as soon as the show was over, he rushed onto a return flight to Atlanta.
This is the first time Brown has left Bobbi Kristina’s bedside in ten weeks after she was found unresponsive in bathtub on January 31.
Bobby’s show included hits such as “Roni” and “My Prerogative.”
What stole the show though was his shout out to his fans for their support.
"I wanna thank all of y'all for coming out tonight, for supporting me and my family," he said.
"Rough times are rough times. Hard times are hard times. I don't know what the hell I'm going through right now, but I'm giving it to God."
Brown’s wife, Alicia Etheredge-Brown is pregnant with their second child. She said the family is “doing as well as you’d expect.”
Bobby is making the medical decisions for his daughter and not without controversy, as he will decide if and when it's time to take Bobbi Kristina off life support.
Even with the debate over that subject and the weight of that decision, Bobby and family have been at her bedside for over two months in two Atlanta hospitals.
